Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

Talent Diamond Immigration is seeking a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our growing professional services platform. This opportunity is ideal for a newly licensed or early-career RCIC who is looking to build their practice with operational support, marketing exposure, and a steady flow of potential clients.

The consultant will work closely with Talent Diamond to provide ethical, compliant, and client-focused immigration consulting services for individuals seeking to study, work, or immigrate to Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immigration advice and consultation in compliance with Canadian regulations
• Prepare and submit immigration applications through the appropriate channels
• Represent clients before relevant Canadian immigration authorities when required
• Conduct eligibility assessments for immigration programs
• Guide clients through documentation and application processes
• Maintain accurate client records and case files
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines
• Stay updated on changes to Canadian immigration policies and programs

Qualifications

• Active RCIC license in good standing with the

  College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants

• Newly licensed RCICs are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and case management skills
• High ethical and professional standards
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously

Preferred

• Experience with programs such as:
  • Express Entry
  • Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
  • Study permits
  • Work permits
  • Family sponsorship
