Head of Retail Operations – Wireless Retail

A well-established wireless retail organization is appointing a Head of Retail Operations to lead field execution, carrier coordination, and performance optimization across its store network.

This role requires a pragmatic leader who is comfortable driving activity, enforcing standards, and ensuring carrier programs are executed as intended.

Scope of Role

• Act as the central point of coordination with the carrier partner

• Ensure seamless rollout of promotions, programs, and initiatives

• Drive store-level productivity, including proactive sales outreach

• Lead operational reviews and performance improvement plans

• Implement consistent operating rhythms across all locations

• Ensure alignment with carrier compliance and reporting expectations

Required Background

• Leadership experience within a major Canadian wireless carrier environment

• Proven multi-location retail operations exposure

• Results-focused, field-oriented leadership style
