I am currently leading a confidential search for a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) on behalf of a semi-government development organization aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, based near Makkah.

This is a top-tier executive role, reporting directly to the CEO and Board, and is considered a CEO-succession track position for the right leader.

Role highlights

• Executive ownership of the organizations investment strategy and portfolio

Compensation

• SAR 120,000 – 140,000 per month

• Short-term and long-term incentives (up to multiple annual salaries)
