This is a fully remote position requiring availability during Pacific Time Zone (Vancouver, Canada) business hours.

The role involves managing communications, organizing meetings, conducting online research, and assisting with business coordination tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, strong time management abilities, and is comfortable using modern digital tools and AI platforms to improve productivity.

Candidates with call center or customer service experience are strongly preferred due to the communication-focused nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Communication & Email Management

  • Review incoming emails and prepare concise summaries

  • Draft professional responses

  • Track follow-ups and pending communications

Calendar & Meeting Coordination

  • Manage and organize the executives calendar

  • Schedule meetings across multiple time zones

  • Send meeting invitations and reminders

Online Research

  • Conduct research on companies, industries, and individuals

  • Identify decision makers and gather contact information

  • Prepare organized research summaries

Outreach & Communication

  • Send professional emails to vendors, partners, and clients

  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach when required

  • Request information from service providers

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with identifying potential candidates

  • Maintain candidate lists

  • Coordinate interview scheduling

Digital Tools & AI

  • Use AI tools to assist with research and drafting communications

  • Maintain organized task lists and digital records

  • Support workflow organization

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
