General Manager – Wireless Retail

Our client is a growing wireless retail organization operating within a national carrier-partner environment. The business is seeking a General Manager to assume full ownership of retail performance, carrier engagement, and execution standards across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for a leader who understands how carrier strategy must translate into daily store-level activity and measurable results.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the carrier partner
• Ensure accurate and timely implementation of carrier promotions across all retail locations
• Drive consistent sales productivity and outbound activity at the store level
• Lead, coach, and hold Store Managers accountable to performance metrics

• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions quickly

• Maintain compliance with carrier programs, reporting, and standards

Ideal Experience

• Leadership background with TELUS, Bell, or Rogers

• Experience managing multiple retail locations

• Strong operational and execution mindset
