About the Role

We are looking for a Professional Services Specialist to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, lead software implementations, and help clients get the most out of their technology solutions. You will be a trusted advisor to clients — guiding them through onboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, and building lasting relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer-first mindset, solid technical skills, and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support, including responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues related to Laserfiche and our proprietary software.
  • Lead and assist in the implementation of software projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine customer support processes and improve service quality.
  • Participate in Laserfiche certification programs to gain necessary technical expertise.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to create user-friendly documentation and resources.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and provide training for new clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5+ years of experience in customer support, professional services, or a similar role.
  • Strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Proven ability to empathize with customers and provide patient, effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
  • Familiarity with Laserfiche software or certification (preferred but not required).
