Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Influencer Marketing Specialist to own influencer and affiliate partnerships end-to-end in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
In this role, you'll identify creators who authentically align with the brand, build long-term relationships, negotiate partnerships, coordinate campaigns, and ensure successful launches. You'll serve as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle while collaborating closely with the Paid Media team to maximize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit influencers and affiliates that align with the brand.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors.
- Negotiate partnership terms and coordinate campaign execution from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators throughout the collaboration process.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to support content strategy and campaign performance.
- Develop detailed campaign briefs and ensure deliverables meet brand expectations.
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and creator communications.
- Review creator content for quality, brand alignment, and campaign requirements.
- Organize workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay current on influencer marketing trends and emerging social media opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, talent management, or social media marketing.
- Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
- Proven ability to source creators organically across social media platforms.
- Experience collaborating with Paid Media or Growth Marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
