SharePoint Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and optimize modern collaboration solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams who enjoys building scalable business solutions and improving user experiences.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Build custom applications and user interfaces using SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft technologies.
• Configure and manage SharePoint permissions, governance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts, JSON formatting solutions, and automation workflows.
• Participate in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migration projects using tools such as ShareGate.
• Recommend and implement efficient out-of-the-box solutions within SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and related M365 services.
• Create technical documentation, solution designs, process diagrams, and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SharePoint Online
  • SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft Teams
  • REST APIs
  • PowerShell scripting
  • JSON formatting
• Experience managing SharePoint permissions and governance.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and services.
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools, including ShareGate.
• Ability to create technical design documents and process workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering enterprise collaboration and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 best practices and governance frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable and user-friendly business applications.

Compensation

• Competitive salary up to USD $3,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
