Infrastructure & Platform Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for an Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to help build, scale, and support the cloud infrastructure powering a fast-growing AI platform and its enterprise client deployments.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to improve the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of an AWS-based platform. You'll contribute to infrastructure automation, observability, deployment processes, and cloud operations while helping support multiple customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS.
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Support multiple cloud environments, including development, staging, production, and customer-specific deployments.
• Contribute to multi-environment and tenant isolation strategies.
• Build and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Support platform reliability, disaster recovery, and failover initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for cloud cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform scalability and reliability.
• Support secure customer integrations and cloud connectivity.
• Assist with deployment automation and infrastructure operations.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure the platform remains secure, stable, and enterprise-ready.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with services such as:
  • ECS Fargate
  • Lambda
  • RDS
  • S3
  • IAM
• Strong experience with Terraform (required).
• Experience managing production cloud environments.
• Experience supporting multiple environments (development, staging, production, customer-specific).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Solid understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, system administration, and security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
