Role Overview
You are the first human interaction with potential clients of Ace Design & Build.
Your job is to:
Respond to inbound leads (IG, website, referrals)
Qualify them based on budget, seriousness, and fit
Position the company as premium and in demand
Book high-quality appointments for the sales team

Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Response (Speed = Money)
Call new leads
Follow up via call + text if no answer
Maintain consistent follow-up (3–5 attempts minimum)

2. Qualification (This is the real job)
You must identify:
Project type (Backyard / ADU / Full Remodel)
Budget range (must align with:
Timeline (serious vs just exploring)
Decision maker (are you speaking to the actual owner?)
If they don't qualify politely disqualify or nurture
If they qualify move fast to booking

3. Appointment Setting (But with authority)
You don't ask for meetings — you position them.
Example tone:
We typically start with a design consultation where we go over your vision and possibilities. Based on what you told me, you'd be a great fit.
Offer 1–2 time slots
Create urgency (limited availability this week)
Confirm clearly

4. Brand Representation (Critical)
Every call should feel:
Premium
Organized
In-demand
Professional but not robotic
You are selling the feeling of:
These guys are legit. I want to work with them.

5. CRM Management (Simple but disciplined)
Log every lead in the CRM
Track:
Status (New / Contacted / Qualified / Booked / Dead)
Notes (budget, personality, objections)
Follow-up systematically
