Job Description: We are currently seeking a Project Manager for one of our prestigious clients in the construction sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Communicate with clients to understand their project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience in project management in the construction industry.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
