Job Description: We are looking for an Office Support/Administrative Professional to join our client's team. The Office Support/Administrative Professional will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Handle general clerical and administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role.
