• Clearly explain vehicle service recommendations and costs.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with the service team.
• Manage work orders, ensuring accurate documentation of services.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
