I'm currently partnering with an innovative Swiss technology company that is transforming the way industrial businesses use connected software and data to improve operations, increase efficiency and support more sustainable ways of working.

As part of their continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of digital products and help shape the next generation of their software platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customer experience and product strategy, while collaborating with highly talented engineering and design teams.

What You will Be Doing

Define and own the product vision, roadmap and long-term strategy for a suite of digital products.

Work directly with customers, stakeholders and internal teams to uncover opportunities and understand real business challenges.

Lead product discovery activities, validate ideas quickly and ensure new features solve genuine customer problems.

Partner closely with UX/UI Designers to create intuitive, user-focused digital experiences.

Translate customer feedback and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories and prioritised backlogs.

Collaborate daily with Software Engineers, Designers, Product Owners, Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Analyse product performance, user behaviour and market trends to drive continuous improvement.

Champion product excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle—from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation.

What We are Looking For

Several years of Product Management experience within one or more of the following:

• SaaS
• B2B Software
• Industrial Software
• IoT / Connected Products
• Cloud Platforms
• Digital Products

Proven experience owning software products from concept through to delivery.

Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent ability to translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements.

Experience working within Agile product development environments.

Comfortable collaborating with Software Engineers, UX Designers and cross-functional teams.

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or another relevant discipline.

Nice to Have

Experience with user research and usability testing

Familiarity with Figma or similar design collaboration tools

Experience using product analytics to support decision making
