As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer order processes from order entry through to delivery, while also contributing to the management and continuous improvement of SAP Master Data processes.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Managing and processing customer orders within SAP

Reviewing order details including pricing, delivery dates and product availability

Coordinating closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Logistics teams

Monitoring the complete order lifecycle from order receipt through to successful delivery

Identifying and resolving delivery challenges, missing information and process issues

Creating reports and analysing order status, lead times and operational performance

Supporting SAP Master Data management activities and ensuring accurate, reliable data

Helping establish, document and improve master data processes

Supporting and guiding colleagues in SAP order and master data processes

What We are Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings:

A commercial education or comparable professional qualification

Several years of experience in Order Management, Order Processing, Customer Operations or Sales Operations

Strong experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP (SD/MM/PP)

Experience managing customer orders within a manufacturing, industrial or technology environment

Ability to collaborate effectively with different internal teams and stakeholders

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach

Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities

Experience with SAP Master Data processes, data quality management or SAP key-user responsibilities would be highly advantageous

Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
