Your mission

• Lead the modernisation of SAP development (Clean Core, BTP, Extensions)
• Design and implement future-proof SAP architectures
• Drive adoption of modern technologies (Fiori/UI5, RAP, CAP)
• Act as the technical authority across SAP development topics
• Manage and challenge external development partners
• Ensure code quality, standards & best practices
• Work closely with business & IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Play a key role in strategic SAP transformation projects

What you bring

• 5+ years experience in SAP Development, ideally with exposure to technical leadership or project environments
• Strong knowledge of:
• SAP BTP
• Fiori / UI5
• RAP / CAP
• Clean Core principles
• Solid foundation in ABAP
• Experience working with external vendors or project environments
• Strong communication skills – able to bridge technical & business teams
• Fluent in German & English
