We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Consultant to support and evolve a highly integrated HR system landscape in a fast-growing environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical ownership, complex interfaces, clean data flows, and long-term system development.
This is a full-time permanently employed role and comes with good home office flexibility.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the internal expert for SuccessFactors and its connected platforms. Your tasks will include:
- Overseeing the SAP SuccessFactors environment end-to-end from an IT perspective (enhancements, change requests, and advanced support).
- Taking responsibility for data flows and integrations between SuccessFactors and surrounding systems (e.g., SAP ERP HCM, S/4HANA, IAM solutions, certificate/document tools).
- Designing and implementing robust interface solutions to ensure smooth communication across the entire HR technology landscape.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring high reliability, scalability, and clean data consistency across all components.
- Preparing, coordinating, and supporting release cycles (reviewing updates, adapting configurations, validating changes).
- Working closely with internal HR teams, IT colleagues, and external SaaS vendors to improve processes and introduce new features.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who brings strong hands-on experience and a proactive mindset:
- 5+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors as a Consultant, Application Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Confident understanding of linked systems such as SAP HCM, IAM tools, and document/certificate platforms.
- Good knowledge of customizing & process optimisation across HR workflows.
- Someone who enjoys working in a multicultural, rapidly evolving environment.
- Occasional travel (approx. 10%) within Europe/US for collaboration and site support.
- Fluent German (ideally C1, minimum B2) + English B2 required.
