Talent4M - Applicant Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your resume or portfolio ("Applicant Materials") to Talent4M, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from submitting your Applicant Materials.

1. Submission of Applicant Materials

 2.1 Eligibility: By submitting your Applicant Materials, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2.2 Accuracy and Completeness: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the Applicant Materials you submit. Talent4M is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the Applicant Materials.

2.3 Intellectual Property Rights: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your Applicant Materials. However, by submitting the Applicant Materials, you grant Talent4M a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Applicant Materials for the purpose of evaluating your application and considering you for potential employment opportunities.

1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

3.1 Confidentiality: Talent4M will handle your Applicant Materials with the utmost confidentiality. However, you acknowledge and agree that Talent4M cannot guarantee the absolute security and confidentiality of the Applicant Materials during transmission or storage.

3.2 Data Protection: Talent4M will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy. By submitting your Applicant Materials, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data by Talent4M for recruitment purposes.

1. Evaluation and Selection

4.1 Evaluation: Talent4M will evaluate your Applicant Materials based on its internal criteria and requirements. The evaluation process may include, but is not limited to, reviewing your qualifications, conducting interviews, and contacting references.

4.2 Selection: Talent4M reserves the right to select or reject applicants at its sole discretion. The submission of Applicant Materials does not guarantee employment or engagement with Talent4M or any third-party employer.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent4M and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the submission of your Applicant Materials, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or loss of data.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

1. Modifications

Talent4M reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Talent4M website or providing notice to you.
