Job Description: Business Analyst

Required Capacity: 20 hours/week

Business Analyst Requirements:

• Review, analyze and evaluate business process, systems and user needs.
• Document requirements define scope and objectives and formulate systems to support overall business strategies.
• Should be able to understand customer requirements and map them into user stories and high-level software design.
• Advise business on future shape process at customers (level of automation on IT)

* Can perform role of scrum master
