Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new markets, clients, and business opportunities.

  • Generate leads, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.

  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.

  • Drive profitable sales growth with sales teams and external agents.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and credit teams.

  • Manage client contracts, ensure compliance with terms and credit policies.

  • Monitor receivables, manage credit risk, and support collections.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM systems.

  • Implement and follow up on sales campaigns and promotional offers.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably within the marine industry.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and well-organised.

  • Commercially minded with a strong drive for success.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Team player who can collaborate effectively across functions.
