About the job Business Development Manager (APAC) - Fuel Testing
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new markets, clients, and business opportunities.

Generate leads, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.

Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.

Drive profitable sales growth with sales teams and external agents.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and credit teams.

Manage client contracts, ensure compliance with terms and credit policies.

Monitor receivables, manage credit risk, and support collections.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM systems.

Implement and follow up on sales campaigns and promotional offers.

Work towards ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably within the marine industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken).

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Self-motivated, independent, and well-organised.
-
Commercially minded with a strong drive for success.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Team player who can collaborate effectively across functions.
