Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with ship owners, ship managers, superintendents, and ship chandlers

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining existing accounts

  • Handle sales enquiries, negotiations, and deal closures

  • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to secure new leads

  • Coordinate client meetings and manage customer communications

  • Participate in marine exhibitions and industry events

  • Travel locally and regionally to support business development

Job scope / Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in Business / Sales and Marketing
  • Must have 1 to 2 years experience in sales of gas detection products.
  • Experience in handling and communicating with Ship-owners, Ship Managers, Superintendent and Ship Chandlers is an added advantage
  • This position will involve local and regional travel (30% overseas travel).
  • Self-motivated and committed to work
  • Performance-driven and target-oriented, with a strong passion for achieving exceptional results
  • Mature and able to work under limited supervision
  • Proven leadership experience with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to start work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage.
