Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services

- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the company's CRM system

- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the marine industry

- Strong understanding of marine equipment and services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel for industry events and exhibitions
