E- Commence Ops Manager

• At least 3-5 years relevant experience
• Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform• Managing and executing promotional campaigns- Expeirence to handle Lazada and Shopee apart from Company e-platform• Collaborate with digital marketers e.g. Content, Facebook, social media and EDM to reach out larger audiences. Increase conversion rate, maximize KPI
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis, making recommendations on improvements in all aspects of e-Commerce business.
• Work with product marketing team to create products’ contents to be comprehended by local market.
• Work closely with business units, technical support team and marketing team to execute the best sales plan and increase customers’ satisfactions and think of upcoming new products launch
• Performed regular competitor analysis to generate new ideas and to determine price points
• Aligned pricing and promotion related activities with internal teams
• Collaborated with internal teams and marketplaces to ensure visibility for key launches, promotions and campaigns
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
