Finance Manager

Our client in the production and sales of leather products - sofas, bags, wallets, etc. The products are sold mainly to US and Japan. They are the international base outside China for international sales and marketing, sourcing, design, branding and manufacturing. We are seeking a dynamic and committed candidate to join us as:

Responsibilities:

· Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.

· Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.

· Developing long-term business plans based on these reports

· Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets

· Developing financial statements, reporting financial status to shareholders

· Liaising with external auditors; company secretary and tax agents

· Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement

· Overseas Creditors, Debtors aging

· Cash flow management

· Assist in bank reconciliations

· Assist in the quarterly GST submissions, tax filings

· Knowledge with MYOB will be an advantage

Requirements:

A degree and several years experience in the Finance and Accounting field will be required to succeed in a Finance Manager role.

2-3 years accounting experience on retail

Can start immediate or with short notice

Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship.

Able to communicate effectively in English to liaise with clients and associates. Candidates who have working experience with Beijing, Shanghai & Vietnam are highly preferred.
