Senior Human Resources & Admin Executive
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Senior Human Resources & Admin Executive, who will be responsible for the full day-to-day Human Resources functions and also provide administrative support to the team and Management.
The successful candidate will handle the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Personnel Management, HRMS Management, and Payroll & Claims processing.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day HR operation duties, including whole spectrum and full process of Talent Acquisition, Personnel Management, HRMS Management, and Payroll & Claims Processing;
Assist and spearhead special projects such as Government Grant applications;
Work with management to conceptualise, drive and execute HR strategies and initiatives as aligned with the overall business strategy;
Maintain accurate HR database records and update employee records (including updating of organisation chart);
Establish and maintain an effective document control and filing system;
Work with management to implement and maintain an effective employee performance plan;
Support and structure employee learning and development;
Handle work pass for foreign workers in compliance with statutory regulations;
Check monthly staff claims for payroll processing;
Monthly payroll processing;
Be the touch point for all Human Resources related matters and establish a strong relationship with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and be the subject-matter-expert in all HR and recruitment related matters;
Manage and recommend existing HR SOPs, Policies, Processes for continuous improvement to meet changing business needs;
Management and handle Company's IT assets issued to staff;
Assist in employee welfare activities;
Providing Administrative and Office Management support
Experience in Infor-Tech or Timesoft system is preferred.
Experience is manufacturing background is mandatory .
Requirements
· Possess diploma or degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or related field;
· 3 years of relevant working experience;
· Strong updated knowledge of Singapores employment legislation, human resources policies and practices;
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to communication around highly personal topics such as compensation and career progression;
· Hand-on mentality and a team player and able to work independently to meet deadlines;
· Able to start work immediately or with short notices will be an advantage.
