- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the requirements for construction roles in diverse fields such as residential, commercial, civil, and industrial construction.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, trade schools, and industry organizations, to expand the talent pool and enhance recruitment efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding of construction personnel.
- Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the construction industry or related fields.
- Knowledge of construction trades, skills, and terminology across diverse construction sectors.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities, with a proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
