Looking for skilled and experienced Landscape Workers to join a team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across the stunning landscapes of the Bahamas. As a Landscape Skilled Worker, you will be responsible for executing various landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Perform a range of landscaping tasks including planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment like lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems for proper watering of plants.
-Collaborate with the landscaping team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet high standards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in landscaping or a related field, preferably in tropical environments. Also experience in maintaining properties
- In-depth knowledge of Bahamian flora, climate, and soil conditions for proper plant selection and care.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing outdoor spaces.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Valid driver's license
