Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead the implementation of logistic product solutions (Saas) for a key retail client in Thailand. This role is part of the TAM/Customer Success team, responsible for ensuring successful deployment and long-term client satisfaction through solution-oriented delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation Management: Lead end-to-end deployment of product solutions for retail clients in Thailand, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed deployment plans with milestones, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • On-site Deployment: Travel across Thailand to supervise rollouts, provide hands-on technical guidance, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to maintain clear communication and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Training & Support: Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-deployment support in both English and Thai.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous testing to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability; resolve deployment issues proactively.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate deployment records, document issue resolutions, and present regular progress reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in software implementation and project management, preferably in retail or supply chain industries.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Thailand.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving client requirements.
