Executive Assistant to Marketing Manager
Job Description
Our client an export-oriented trading company seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Marketing Manager. This role plays a key part in coordinating marketing activities, managing communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations related to international marketing and export business.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager

Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and promotional activities

Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and marketing materials

Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups

Communicate with overseas clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams
-
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, documents) in English (Mandarin is a plus)

Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer data management

Support export-related documentation and coordination with sales/logistics teams

Maintain organized records of marketing activities, contracts, and client data

Perform other tasks as assigned to support marketing and business development goals
Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role

Experience in trading, export, or international business is highly preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and Spanish is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Able to work independently, multitask, and handle confidential information

Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to coordinate across departments and with international partners
