Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development professional to drive growth for our Wellness

vertical across Indonesia. This role will focus on building strategic B2B partnerships and expanding our presence across nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, and wellness ingredients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-commercial expertise in wellness ingredients and formulations, along with a deep understanding of the Indonesia wellness market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key customer relationships, and supporting the commercialization of wellness-focused products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development

Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across wellness segments including nutraceuticals,

cosmeceuticals, and wellness ingredients.

Drive market expansion across Indonesia by building relationships with key clients in FMCG,

pharmaceutical, and wellness companies.

Define and execute strategies for business growth, market penetration, and revenue expansion.

Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in

the wellness industry.

2. Sales & Client Relationship Management

Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, contract manufacturers, and distributors.

Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, client engagement, negotiations, and deal

closures.

Develop pricing and commercial strategies based on market intelligence and customer insights.

Grow existing accounts while expanding the customer base through new client acquisition.

3. Product Development & Commercialization

Collaborate with R&D teams to support ideation, formulation, and development of wellness

products.

Provide market insights to guide product development aligned with customer requirements and

industry trends.

Support go-to-market strategies and technical marketing initiatives for new wellness product lines.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams including R&D, regulatory, production, supply chain, and

marketing to ensure seamless execution.

Coordinate with technical teams to support product trials, customer requirements, and

documentation.

Act as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders for successful project

execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within wellness, nutraceuticals,

cosmeceuticals, or functional ingredient industries.

Strong techno-commercial understanding of wellness ingredients, formulations, and product

development.

Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management with wellness brands.

Experience working with R&D teams on product development and commercialization.

Strong knowledge of the Indonesia wellness and nutraceutical market, including regulatory and

distribution ecosystem.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in cross-functional environments and drive business growth in emerging markets.
