Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and manage orders from initiation to fulfilment to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Inventory management of vouchers: forecast, purchase, expiry, extensions and reporting Lead forecast report on a weekly basis for purchase of vouchers.
- Reconcile and balance inventory of vouchers on a monthly basis
- Monitor the accuracy and correctness of vouchers uploaded and approve them on system.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely fulfilment and assist the customer support team to address customer queries, feedback and complaints.
- Evaluate existing operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their operational needs and address any challenges.

- You have about 4-6 years of work experience, demonstrating the qualities we require for you to be a good fit.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel (basic data analytics, charts, pivot tables, lookups, and other formula creation for data analysis and comparison).
- Familiarity with work/communication tools like Trello, Google Suite, XERO or similar.
- Resourcefulness in acquiring information for better forecasting and inventory management.
- Pre-Requisite: Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Poly Diploma or 'A' Levels and above
- Ability to work with a hybrid working arrangement in KL.
