2. Customer Retention & Relationship Management

  • Oversee retention performance and repeat-order behavior across all customer segments.
  • Resolve escalation cases (pricing issues, service issues, complaints).

  • Monitor competitor price movements and market trends.
  • Ensure margins stay aligned with company goals without compromising customer growth.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards (volume, margins, retention, conversion rates, customer health).
  • Analyze customer buying patterns, churn risk, and sales performance.
  • Use data to plan proactive actions: reactivation, upselling, risk management.
  • Support segmentation strategies and customer-scorecards (A/B/C customers).

5. Growth & Expansion

  • Create and execute strategies to acquire high-value HoReCa, SME, factory, and chain customers.
  • Develop local sales playbooks for new areas or SKUs.
  • Lead cross-team coordination for new product launches, promos, and marination rollout.

6. Marination & Product Projects

  • Oversee marination project pipeline: customer trials, sample feedback, pricing, packaging, and transitions to recurring orders.
  • Coordinate with processing and operations to ensure product accuracy and specifications.

7. Coordination With Internal Teams

* Work closely with:

  • Pricing (pricing updates, margin checks, competitor info)
  • Operations & Logistics (fulfillment consistency, cut-off performance)
  • Processing/Marination (new product launches, custom requests)
  • Finance (payments, aging follow-ups, major account terms)
  • Ensure operations align with customer expectations and SLAs.

  • Strong data orientation: able to read dashboards, analyze trends, and make decisions using numbers.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, especially with large corporate or chain accounts.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and disciplined execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams smoothly.
