Qualification :

- Proven experience as Area Manager or Similar managerial roles
- At least 8+ years experience in a similar role (area manager)
- Min Diploma / Bachelor Degree for last education
- Willing to travel up 90% of the time

JDs:

- Develop Productive business development strategies to ensure long term success
- Established standards and objectives for each RGI Cloud Kitchen
- Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Lead a team of outlet Managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
- Undertake prudent financial management to ensure kitchens are profitable and stay within budget
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
- Assist upper Management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
