Position Overview – Sales & Tenant Relation
The Sales & Tenant Relation Executive is responsible for driving sales activities and managing tenant relationships within the Industrial Park. This role focuses on acquiring new tenants and investors, maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants, and coordinating cross-functional support to ensure tenant satisfaction and achieve the company's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities for industrial land, buildings, and industrial park facilities in line with established sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new tenants and investors, both domestic and international.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
- Act as the primary liaison between tenants and internal departments regarding operational and business-related requirements.
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and supporting information to prospective tenants.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, EHS, and Operations teams throughout the sales process and after-sales activities.
- Support negotiations, contract execution, and handover processes for industrial land, facilities, or units.
- Gather and analyze tenant feedback to improve service quality and support industrial park development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Tenant Relations, or Account Management.
- Experience in Industrial Parks, Industrial Property, Real Estate, Commercial Property, or B2B Sales is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial park business operations and industrial property offerings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prepare business proposals, commercial presentations, and sales reports.
- Basic understanding of tenant licensing requirements and related regulations.
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently and conduct tenant visits.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Target-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic business environment.
