Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Frozen Food (2 headcounts)
Location: Surabaya (covering East Java) & Bali (covering Bali & Lombok)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our frozen food business (with a focus on French fries) across East Java and Bali. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distribution networks, and managing key customer relationships in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in East Java and Bali
- Manage and expand distribution channels, including general trade, modern trade, and food service (HORECA)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration for owned brand products
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales performance
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team and distributors
- Ensure proper execution of sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 12–20 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Frozen food industry
- Minimum 5–8 years of recent sales experience in frozen food (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of frozen food market specially French Fries, especially in Surabaya, East Java & Bali area.
- Proven track record in managing distribution and growing owned brands
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Based in Surabaya and willing to travel frequently across East Java & Bali area
- English proficiency is not mandatory
