Mine Operation

Location: Central Kalimantan (Ampah Kota)

Our client is a leading multinational coal mining company primarily involved in coal mining operations in Kalimantan.

Role Summary:

Responsible for supervising and executing daily mining operations to ensure production targets, safety standards, and operational efficiency are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily mining activities including drilling, loading, hauling, and dumping.

- Ensure compliance with safety (K3) and operational procedures.

- Coordinate equipment utilization and basic maintenance with the maintenance team.

- Monitor production performance and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.

- Conduct field inspections and supervise contractors and operators.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.

- 3–7 years of experience in mine operations.

- Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations and mining workflows.

- Willing to work on-site in a remote location on a 10:2 roster.
