Position: IT Manager (Multi Business Company)

Division: IT Department

Direct Supervisor: Operations Director / CTO

Job Purpose

To lead and manage all activities of the IT division in support of the company's technology needs.

Responsible for IT infrastructure, data security, system development, and the IT team to ensure alignment with the company's business strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement IT strategies that align with company business goals.
  • Manage and evaluate the company's IT infrastructure (servers, networks, software, hardware).
  • Set priorities for IT projects and oversee their execution to completion.
  • Safeguard data, networks, and systems from cybersecurity risks.
  • Lead and develop the IT team (support, network, developers).
  • Create SOPs, IT policies, as well as technical and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and ensure SLAS are met.
  • Monitor the IT department's budget and expenditures efficiently.
  • Identify and implement new technology solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Follow SOPs related to the procurement of IT
  • Follow SOPs related to the procurement of IT equipment for each company.
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders regarding their IT needs.
  • Manage personal network and other support needs as per The OWNER Request with top priority level.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Hard Skills (Technical Knowledge):

Proficient in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, cloud, virtualization) Understanding of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise software systems

Experience in data security management and disaster recovery planning

Ability to create both short- and long-term IT plans

Experience in IT project implementation and management (SDLC, Agile, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science / Information Systems

At least 6 years of experience in the IT field with a minimum of 3 years as a supervisor/manager O Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus

Familiarity with IT regulations and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
