Our client is a manufacturing company producing Boilers which is looking for WWS Field Service Engineer who is responsible for ensuring that water and wastewater treatment systems operate efficiently and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role combines hands-on field work, technical problem-solving, and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and maintain installed Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) systems on a regular basis.
  2. Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports, including recommendations for improvement.
  3. Support the Process and Service teams abroad by providing necessary technical information and updates.
  4. Supervise and inspect the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and calibration of analytical instruments and equipment in WTP & WWTP systems.
  5. Conduct sampling, laboratory analyses, and measurements during commissioning and operational phases.
  6. Lead and assist in training programs for Operation and Maintenance teams at client sites.
  7. Support the Sales team by providing technical insights on existing facilities and participating in site visits for potential projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in WTP & WWTP technologies, particularly in Reverse Osmosis (RO), Softener, and Mixed Bed systems.

  • Experience in water and wastewater treatment, chemical dosing, or a related technical role is preferred.

  • Knowledge of instrumentation systems is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Willing to travel to client sites as required.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
