Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Our client is a well-established manufacturing group operating within a rapidly growing and highly competitive industry segment. They are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and full compliance with financial regulations and standards. The role involves financial planning, analysis, and providing strategic insights that support business growth and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseas day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Receivable and benefits.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting incompliance with IFRS.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational and investment needs
• Maintain strong institutional relationship with banks, Insurers etc
• Coordinate with external auditors for interim and annual audits.
• Supervise and develop finance team members
• Develop and maintain Fixed Assets register.
• Manage tax compliance and liaise with tax authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting (CA or CPA preferred)
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of progressively senior experience in Finance, Accounting and Treasury functions
• 3 years in a leadership role as Finance manager or Head of Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• High proficiency in local languages and English
• Hands-on experience with financial software and Oracle / ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
