Job Description
As the ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end ERP implementation across all business functions. This position is based in Klaten, Central Java, with the primary objective of ensuring the ERP implementation is delivered on scope, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of the ERP implementation project from preparation through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Define project scope, implementation timelines, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Sales, PPIC, Warehouse, Production, Quality, HR, Maintenance, and IT, to gather business requirements and ensure business processes are effectively integrated into the ERP system.
- Conduct business process analysis, mapping, and standardization to align with industry best practices.
- Manage communication and coordination with ERP vendors, implementation consultants, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate and secure data migration from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
- Oversee system configuration, integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and go-live activities.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and implementation challenges.
- Prepare regular project status reports and present progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful ERP adoption across the organization.
- Develop project documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the ERP system after implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation as a Project Manager, Functional Consultant, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), system integration, and cross-functional implementation.
- Proven experience in Business Process Analysis, Business Process Mapping, and Business Process Improvement.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, user training, and go-live activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business users across all organizational levels.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Previous ERP implementation experience within manufacturing, food processing, distribution, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Klaten, Central Java.
