Position : Purchasing Asisstant Manager
Location : Karawang - West Java

Our client is manufacturing and trading in automotive parts such as electrical switches, powers sockets, lever holder assemblies, horns & lighting solutions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To source new supplier
2. To follow up new part development
3. To make Cost Card Control
4. Monitoring in Daily Urgent Parts
5. Monitoring in Import Shipment
6. Checking in PO issue
7. Checking on Supplier Capacity
8. To make Monthly Supplier Performance
9. Controlling in Export / Import Activity
10. Any others task assignment from time to time
11. Inventor Control

AUTHORITIES:

1. Sign of Purchase order
2. Sign of Quotation approval
3. Sign of PIB
4. Sign of Cost Card

BASIS OF ASSESSING PERFORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS/ SCORE):

1. Timely report of urgent part
2. Timely submission of quotation, sample of new development and follow up until clear
3. Adherence to Quality / Environment System
4. 5S score secured in the audits
5. Meeting absenteeism target

Min 10 years experience with same industry (automotive manufacture)
Qualification : Technical

Training : Supply Chain Management, Costing, Kanban, Line Balancing

Skill : Supervisory Management, Leadership, Strong Interpersonal Skill,

Good communication skills, Proactive and organized and good personality
