Responsibilities :

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to Rewardz's digital platforms across products and 4 key markets , included but not limited to websites, blogs, social media and marketing collateral.
  • Conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization, including for blog posts.
  • Implementing technical SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, meta tags, and schema markup.
  • Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure our SEO and in turn broader marketing strategy aligns with business objectives and supports lead generation efforts.
  • Developing and implementing link-building strategies to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Producing regular reports on SEO and content performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of the English language including excellent written and verbal skills, to collaborate with colleagues and agencies across APAC and the Middle East.
    

Requirement :

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in improving Search Engine Ranking 
  • You have experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
  • You have a data-driven mindset and can translate complex analytics into actionable insights
  • You possess exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your style for various audiences and platforms
