As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment process within a multiple market segment. This role focuses on supporting clients and candidates without direct client engagement, ensuring excellence in execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise in a particular market segment, understanding industry trends and identifying opportunities to strengthen candidate relationships.
• Act as a recruitment specialist by analyzing the talent landscape and building strong connections with potential candidates.
• Offer career guidance to job seekers, helping them secure their ideal roles while providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.
• Proactively source and engage candidates to match them with suitable opportunities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates, leveraging information to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet the specific needs of clients and the business.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, high-energy team that values continuous learning, creativity, and mutual support.
• Participate in team initiatives, including diversity, inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, contributing to a positive and impactful work culture.
