The company follows an asset-light, full-stack approach, taking full responsibility for product quality and delivery timelines. Known for exceptional responsiveness resolving inquiries in under 96 hours it operates across Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America, and is now expanding into the U.S. market. The company is seeking a Business Development Manager in Indonesia (Jakarta) to lead growth in the Personal Care segment.

Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Leverage existing industry connections to generate new business with manufacturers and distributors in the personal care sector.

- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed revenue goals across monthly, quarterly, and annual plans through new and existing customers.

- Full Sales Cycle: Manage all phases from product sampling to trial runs to securing production orders.

- Customer Relationship Management: Travel as needed to foster strong client relationships and grow the company's presence and product range.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and client teams to build long-term partnerships.

- Account Management: Focus on expanding key accounts in the Jakarta region.

- Performance Metrics: Track revenue growth, customer count, and contribution margins.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years in chemical sales for the personal care sector. Must have a successful record of acquiring new mid-sized accounts.

- Education: Bachelors degree required. A background in chemistry is advantageous, though practical industry experience takes precedence.

- Excellent English professional proficiency

- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and self-driven. Strong skills in time management, strategic thinking, and long-term business planning are essential.
