About the job Head of Construction Site

The construction site manager is a key specialist responsible for organizing, managing and coordinating construction work at the site. The main objective is to ensure the efficient implementation of construction projects on time, within budget and in compliance with all quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities of the construction site manager:

Organization of work at the site. Development of a work plan and schedules for the implementation of construction operations, management of the distribution of tasks among employees and contractors, control over the implementation of assigned tasks.

Quality and safety assurance. Organization of quality control of the work performed, compliance with deadlines and technologies, ensuring compliance with safety and labor protection standards at the construction site.

Resource management. Organization of provision of the construction site with the necessary material, technical and labor resources, optimization of resource use, including planning and accounting of construction materials, machinery and equipment.

Interaction with other departments. Coordination of the work of the construction site with the design, estimating and control services of the company, participation in resolving issues related to the design, changes to the project and approvals with the customer.

Personnel training and development. Organization of training and advanced training of construction site workers, formation of an effective team capable of performing assigned tasks and achieving goals.


Qualification requirements for the construction site manager:

Education. Higher education in construction, architecture or engineering.

Work experience. At least 5 years of experience in construction, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Knowledge. Deep understanding of construction processes, technologies and quality standards.

Skills. Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to work with design documentation and analyze process efficiency.

Personal qualities. Leadership skills, high degree of responsibility, critical thinking and focus on results.
