Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Merchandiser to join our International BD team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our clients' products in international markets. You will work closely with our clients and our team to ensure that products are effectively marketed and distributed in various countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Find new potential customer

- Coordinate with Factory Team, Forwarder, and Custumer for cargo ready and stuffing plan, secure space and coordinate , and schedule plan.
- Manage export shipment  (Planing, Checking Docs, Sending Original Docs, and Filling Docs)
- Ensure input data shipment on SAP.
- Monitoring Payment from Buyer.

- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability for our clients' products in international markets

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in different countries

- Work closely with clients to understand their product offerings and target markets

- Collaborate with our team to create effective marketing and promotional materials for international markets

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to clients

- Negotiate with suppliers and distributors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of products

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients

- Travel to different countries to attend trade shows, meet with clients, and conduct market research as needed

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on sales performance and market trends

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or marketing, preferably in an international setting

- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural differences

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful merchandising strategies

- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven recommendations

- Willingness to travel internationally as needed

- Fluent in English and other languages is a plus

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Highly motivated and results-driven
