Position : Senior Civil Manager ( Coal Mining Industry)

Company overview
Our client  is private company with headquarter in India, and the operations in mining industry, particulary coal mining, located in Kutai Barat, East Kalimantan spread over a 5000 Ha concession area, operational since April 2010.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Monitor project progress and oversee quality control and safety procedures
Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and construction professionals
Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering practices and principles
Review and approve project designs and specifications
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and safety standards
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
15+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations
Experience with project management software and tools
