Our client is a global company who engaged in petrochemical and boiler industry. They provide integrated solutions in heating, cooling, power, water, and waste management, with a focus on sustainability and efficient resource deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze workforce requirements and ensure effective talent acquisition strategies to meet both current and future organizational needs.
- Drive organizational change initiatives by implementing HR strategies that support smooth transitions and business continuity.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with company policies and business needs.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation, to support continuous improvement and employee experience.
Learning and Development
- Provide career development opportunities, including coaching and mentoring, to enhance employee growth and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement leadership development programs.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing HR-related concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations matters, conducting investigations and mediation as needed.
HR Operations, Payroll and Compliance
- Implement HR policies in accordance with company governance standards, working closely with the Group HR Head.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and internal regulations, aligning with broader corporate governance.
Employee Wellness Programs
- Develop and oversee employee wellness initiatives to promote well-being and engagement.
Succession Planning
- Work closely with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees for future key roles as the company grows.
Qualifications:
- Industry experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is often preferred.
- Extensive experience in HR management, with a track record of strategic leadership and organizational development.
- Having 12 - 15 years of HR experience with 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in HR software and analytics, and the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
