Metallizer Supervisor

Our client is Packaging Manufacture has been incorporated in Indonesia on 11th October 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Thailand Public Company Limited. The Company is in the process of setting up a greenfield PET Film Line with the capacity of 44,000 metric tons per annum along with upstream Resin Plant and downstream Metallizing Plant. The commercial production is expected to start in mid - 2019. It will be located in an industrial estate in Serang towards west of Jakarta and cater mainly the domestic market in Indonesia and also the regional / other export markets.

Responsibility

1. To monitor the over all metalizer-plant effectiveness
2. Ensure that these specifications are controlled (reviewed, changed, approved and distributed) as and when the change requirements are felt)
3. Verify process parameters on daily basis and take necessary action in case of any deviation in consultation with Head dept
4. Ensure that customer wise product specification is established after having adequate discussion with the customer owners.
5. Review compliance of the system to specified parameters and ensure that appropriate action is taken so that the no. of deviation is brought down considerably
6. Assist manufacturing personnel in reviewing technical specification of the product, inspection criteria, sampling criteria, process parameter
7. Assist personnel of Technical Services to develop new metallized PET products for purpose of meeting new type of customer requirements
8. Ensure that the product development process is documented from product the inception stage till it is produced as a regular product
9. Assist manufacturing personnel in design and development of operational control procedures
