Day to Day

Manage cash-flow usages

Monitor day-to-day financial operations of all businesses in all Carsome Indonesia's legal

entities

Monitor day-to-day tax processes

Sit in bi-weekly concall and financial review with Regional team

Prepare monthly fund request

Perform monthly review on financial reports

Monitor monthly tax reporting processes

Lead audit processes for Indonesia, including local and group audit

Conduct analysis to improve key business decisions

Support internal audit for internal processes and Sarbanes-Oaxley

Deal with tax decision letters issues

Review purchase, lease and all other agreements for finance perspective

Your Know-How

From KAP Big Four Company

Proven work experience as a Head of Finance or similar role or in similar industry (is a

plus but not limited from another industry)

BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

Min experience 10 yrs

Leadership abilities

Can manage a big team

Have treasury experience (advantage)

Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results

In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping

Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management

Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models

Proficiency in accounting software

Solid analytical and decision-making skills

MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
